What it validates
- Explicit identity and purpose.
- Semantic coherence (stable and verifiable description).
- Clear link to the issuer portal (who certifies).
- Public certification state (ACTIVE / SUSPENDED / REVOKED).
What it does NOT mean
- Not a state legal permit.
- Does not guarantee results, sales, rankings, or absolute security.
- Does not absorb the external domain nor modify its identity.
- Does not imply Research (R&D) Certification.
